Annapurna Base Camp Trekking in Nepal 6 /12,Days.

The Annapurna Base camp is situated on the north of the Pokhara valley, foot trail along the Modi River till the up spring of this  River, it is also listed in one the most beautiful, trekking destination of Nepal for the mountain lover trekkers, where the visitors may see the piece of the mountain Heaven because of the magnificent view of the high mountains, near to your face, in very short aerial distance. You can see the real nature with its diverse terrain and the variety nature and culture when you are on the trekking.

The Annapurna base camp trekking requires minimum 7 to 12 days including Ghorepani poon hill, culturally this region is influenced by the Gurung and Magar culture, but you can see the cultures both Buddhism and Hindus, with cultural toleration between them.  Your trekking slightly go high from Nayapul 1000m, altitude till 4130m height of the   Annapurna base camp.

<p>First day of your trekking is short, better to stop in your hotel early, because first day shouldn’t be hurt you by long walking. This day you have to walk along the Bhrungdi khola (stream) the way is very easy because of the new rough road built. You can stop in Ramghai village for the lunch after 1:30 or 2 hours walking from Nayapul. The Stream is very close from the lunch place so you may go to swim in natural pond to be refreshed if you are feeling so warm .Then walk to Hill for 1 hour and stay there then visit Hill village.</p>

<p>Your trek starts from the Hill to Tikhedhunga 20 minutes , gently up then cross 2 suspension bridges over small khola (streams) then you have to ascend for 1:30 to 2 hours to Ulleri village ,you would like to rest and drink a cup of tea or cold drinks in the village tea shop for few minutes after ascending ,then walk 2 more hours for your lunch break in Banthanti ,then continue to Ghorepani through a dense rain forest mix of rhododendron flower trees ,eventually you arrive in the lower Ghorpani while the forest over, even if you have to continue another 5 minutes to reach upper Ghorepani from there you can see most of the Himalayan Ranges of the western Region Nepal. </p>

<p>you have to wake up early of morning like 4:30 am and wear your warm clothes then walk with your flash light all the way up to Poon hill for the sun rise view, you need approximately 1 hour to reach the top of Poon hill 3210m then be ready to take photo graph of panorama view of the mountains the sun rise may be around am sooner or later depends in the season. but your guides let you know of sun rise time .after photo graphing you come back to Ghorepani then order breakfast go back to your room for packing your stuffs take breakfast then continue to Tadapani walking through, rhododendron forest and breezy valley. Uphill and downhill trail then you reach Tadapani village.</p>

<p>This day is very easy way to go to Ghandruk village, trail goes gently down through dense forest with Rhododendron tree you take your lunch and camp together in same village, will get good opportunity to explore this typical big Gurung village with farming fields, traditional local museums, health post, and Buddhist gompa. Etc you can see nice view of Mt Fishtail, Annapurna south hiunchuli and Annapurna 3 from this village.</p>

<p>Chhomrong village also is a big stretched Gurung village you need to cross a suspension bridge over komrung khola (stream) after you climb down the hill through the forest then climb for 1 hour and the trail goes flat till Chhomrung village this day you can reach to chhomrung for both your lunch and dinner, in same village .you can rest part of your time here sitting on the garden with sun shine. You can see some same mountains which you have seen before.</p>

<p>The trail in the beginning is steps down to an stream then cross a hanging bridge, you have to climb gentle up for 1:30, hours then you reach in Sinuwa better to rest there rest there for a couple of minutes this is the last settlement village for the locals then your trail goes easy gently through the forest till Bamboo. From here you don’t find any village or settlements except the hotels for the trekkers.</p>

<p>This day you have to walk on the gentle uphill through the forest along the Modi River, better to take a lunch in Himalaya 2 hours before Deurali. Then take a rest in the hotel.</p>

<p>This day you feel more breathless because of the altitude, but nothing to be worry you have to walk very gently, after 3 hours walking from Deurali you reach in MBC machhapuchhre (Fishtail) base camp 3700 m better to take a lunch here rest an hour then continue to the Annapurna base camp. Take rooms rest a while then better to go to the ridge of the glacier valley or climb few more meters for the acclimatization.</p>

<p>Wake up 5 am and be ready to take the photograph of the mountains around you, with the sun rise. Then be ready to go back to bamboo.</p>

<p>You have to go same way back till Chhomrung village there after the trail splits all the way steep down to jhinu from Chhomrung ,you may get time to go to the hot spring of this village if you arrive early to this village after you arrive to jhinu village.</p>

<p>The way is very easy for this day, gentle down to the new bridge the cross a suspension bridge over the Modi River there after trail goes gentle up till Chhomrung, village it is also a Gurung village, with beautiful terraces of the field, there you may have tea break, for a couple of minutes, then move to the Tolka village and have a lunch and rest, in the hotel walk to the fields or jungle.</p>

<p>It might be last day of your trekking, you have to walk up hill through the forest, till Deurali ,pothana and Dhampus the along the village .then you have go all the way downhill one hour to phedi then take your private car or van back to Pokhara 30,minutes to the lakeside then rest in hotel.</p>
